These Terms govern your access to and use of the Xorna website and application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- You’re responsible for what you send to clients.
- Xorna provides tools and drafts; it does not guarantee outcomes (responses, contracts, income).
- Don’t abuse the platform or attempt to break it.
1) The Service
Xorna helps freelancers manage professional information, browse opportunities, and draft proposal/pitch content. The Service may include features such as a daily feed, a Skill Vault, a proposal engine, and pipeline tracking.
2) Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3) Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or store (e.g., resume/CV, portfolio links, notes) and content you generate or edit using the Service (e.g., proposals). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the Service, provide support, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and upload your content and that it does not violate confidentiality obligations.
4) Generated output and responsibility
The Service may generate suggestions or draft proposal text. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before using it or sending it to third parties.
We do not guarantee that you will win work, receive responses, or earn income from using the Service.
5) Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Don’t upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Don’t attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Don’t impersonate others or send spam.
6) Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7) Plans, fees, and billing (if applicable)
Some features may require payment. If paid plans are enabled, prices and billing terms will be shown at purchase.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, if changes are material, provide notice in the Service.
